Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider. This means I do not accept insurance directly. At the end of each session, you will receive a billing statement with all the information required by insurance carriers to provide out-of-network reimbursement. Prior to starting therapy, contact your insurance provider to find about their reimbursement rate for out-of-network therapy provided by a licensed clinical psychologist. You can also use your Health Spending or Flexible Spending Account for therapy expenses.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of each session and can be made by cash, check, or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
